Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of academy.enlix.ai and the ENLIX Academy program. The service is operated by Enlix, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States. By using the site you agree to these terms.

What we provide

A 28-day self-paced program of daily lessons on using AI tools in everyday work, plus a certificate of completion. ENLIX Academy is new and still being finalised, so after purchase you will receive an email as soon as your plan is ready.

About the certificate

The certificate is issued by ENLIX and confirms that you completed our program. It is not an accredited qualification, it is not awarded by any university, and it does not carry academic credit. Our founder has taught executive-education seminars at Católica Lisbon, and that is a description of his teaching background rather than an endorsement, accreditation, or partnership involving this program.

What we do not promise

We do not promise a promotion, a job, a salary increase, or any particular financial outcome. What you get out of the program depends on your own work and circumstances. Any figures we publish about the wider job market are cited to their source and describe that market, not your prospects.

Third-party tools

The program teaches you to use tools we do not own or control, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others. Those tools have their own terms, their own prices, and may change or become unavailable. Most have a free tier, and where a lesson relies on a paid tool we name a free alternative. Your employer may also restrict which tools you can use at work.

Payment

Purchases are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. The pricing, renewal and cancellation details are set out in our Subscription Terms, and refunds in our Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Your account and content

Program materials are for your personal use. Please do not resell, republish or redistribute them. You keep ownership of anything you write yourself, including your quiz answers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy.

Liability

We provide the program as described and in good faith. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud.

Ending the service

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@enlix.ai. We may suspend access if the service is misused, and in that case we refund any unused portion.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects you materially, we will tell you by email before the change applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove rights you have under your local law.
