Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect on academy.enlix.ai and what we do with it. The data controller is Enlix, LLC, Delaware, United States. Questions or requests go to support@enlix.ai.

What we collect

• Your quiz answers. The 15 answers you give, including anything you type in the free-text question. We use them to build your plan and to understand which answers predict who finds the program useful.
• Your name and email address, when you enter them to receive your plan.
• Purchase records, if you buy: which plan, the amount, and the identifiers Stripe gives us. We never receive your full card number.
• Usage data. Which pages and questions you saw, in what order, and where you stopped, along with your browser user agent and an anonymous random identifier stored in your browser. We use this to find where the funnel breaks.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase hosts our database (United States).
• Vercel hosts and serves the site.
• Stripe processes payments and holds the payment data.
• Resend sends our email.
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads) and Meta receive usage and conversion events so we can measure and target advertising. This may include your email address in hashed form for conversion matching.

Why we are allowed to do this

We use your data to deliver what you asked for (your plan and, if you buy, the program), to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and, where advertising and analytics are concerned, on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interest in measuring whether our marketing works. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

How long we keep it

Quiz answers and usage data: up to 24 months. Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently 7 years. Email address: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@enlix.ai and we will action it within 30 days. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link. If you are in the EU, UK, or a US state with its own privacy law, those rights apply to you regardless of where we are based.

International transfers

We are a US company and our infrastructure is in the United States, so if you are outside the US your data is transferred there.

Cookies and similar storage

We store a small amount of data in your browser to keep your quiz progress if you reload the page, to avoid counting the same event twice, and, through Google Tag Manager, for analytics and advertising. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings. Clearing it will not stop you using the site.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
