- No prior experience required
Next live session
Learn the growth playbooks Silicon Valley's and Europe's fastest-growing scale-ups use
In 90 minutes, live: the SEO and AI search playbook behind 2M+ clicks a month, how paid ads and email feed it, and which channel your startup builds first.
Wednesday, 14 October 2026, 6:00 PM CEST (Berlin)
Who for
Three ways in.
Self-employed and solo founders
Proposals, content, invoices and support all cross your own desk. In the course you build systems that take a part of it and keep running after you close the laptop.
Employees and marketers
You want to be the person on the team who actually puts AI to work, not the one cleaning up its output afterwards. The courses run on your own tasks, not on a demo project.
Courses
What you can learn here.
Every course is a live cohort. What is not finished yet is listed anyway, with its status next to it.
The Claude Code System
Build your AI team.

Prompt to Product
Build, launch and sell your own AI tool, without a developer team.

Social Media Content and Ads with AI
Produce creative and content without it looking like AI made it.

Growth Engine
The growth stack we set up for clients, pointed at your own business.

AI in the Team
Introducing AI to a small team, without shadow IT and without a privacy incident.

Why here
What a seminar catalogue cannot give you.
We teach what we run ourselves
ENLIX is an AI agency of 10: content, SEO, email and reporting all run through AI systems here, and we build and scale 2 products of our own alongside them. The courses open that machine up instead of lecturing about it.
As current as our own stack
What we put to work in the agency this week is in the next run of the course. A syllabus that spends a year in committee cannot keep up at this pace.
Researched internationally, taught in your language
Marco Kohns began researching generative AI in the summer of 2022, months before ChatGPT was public; the work appeared in the Journal of Business Research. He has taught the same material since 2023 in more than 10 executive education seminars at Catolica-Lisbon.

Who teaches here
Two people, and where this comes from.
Both of us teach what we do at ENLIX every day. What sits behind that is below.

Marco Kohns
Co-founder of ENLIX, lecturer in AI and growth
Marco worked as a growth product manager at a Silicon Valley scale-up and has been teaching that way of working ever since. Today he runs ENLIX with Tobias and builds two products of his own on the same systems, which is what the courses open up.
- Growth product manager at a Silicon Valley scale-up, Series A to B, backed by a16z, General Catalyst and Sapphire, with users in over 100 countries and more than 20,000 cities
- Peer-reviewed research in the Journal of Business Research on generative AI in growth, with Prof. René Bohnsack. The research began in summer 2022, months before ChatGPT was public
- Executive education lecturer at Católica-Lisbon, over 10 seminars, more than 1,500 people taught
- MSc at NOVA Lisbon, 18/20
- Advised 13 startups at Techstars Berlin
- Mentored by Sean Ellis and Casey Winters

Tobias Trost
CEO and co-founder of ENLIX, AI expert
Tobias has rolled out AI inside internationally operating companies, from picking the tools to running them in a team, and leads AI consulting at ENLIX. Before that he was an office lead at a Swiss IT consultancy and spent six years in enterprise software. In the course he teaches the side that has to hold up in production: adoption across a team, processes and creative.
- Co-founder and CEO of ENLIX, leading AI consulting and B2B marketing
- AI rollouts inside internationally operating companies, from picking the tools to running them in a team
- Office lead at a Swiss IT consultancy
- Six years in enterprise software, focused on S/4HANA, order-to-cash and revenue processes
- Product Owner for a commerce platform that ran customer webshops with 7-figure revenue
- 10 ERP rollouts delivered, project budgets up to 800,000 euros, most recently with leadership responsibility for 8 people
- Builder of ERP-Pilot.com and mypassion.ai, both built entirely with AI-generated code and live with paying customers
- Took both products from idea to first paying customer in 4 to 6 weeks each, found through organic search and paid ads
How it works
Four steps, no mystery.
Come to a webinar
Free, live, and you see the way we work before you spend anything.
Pick a cohort
A fixed start date and a fixed group. Not a library you open once.
Build in the sessions
Every week one build session and office hours. You work on your own business, not on a demo project.
Keep the system
The configs, templates and agent definitions stay yours after the cohort ends.
Straight talk
Be honest with yourself here.
- You are self-employed or run a small team
- You want to train your team rather than let them work it out alone
- Too much of the work goes across your own desk
- You tried ChatGPT and got stuck at copy and paste
- You want to know what is legally allowed before AI touches your business
- You want a passive income idea
- You want to be certified without building anything
- You are looking for a shortcut rather than a system
Before you book
The questions everybody asks.
Do I get a recognised certificate?
No, and we would rather say so now than after you pay. You get an ENLIX Academy certificate of completion, which is not a state-recognised or chamber-of-commerce qualification. What you keep instead is the systems you built in the course, with the configurations, templates and agent definitions. If the goal is a credential for your personnel file, a chamber of commerce or an accredited provider is the better buy.
Why you and not an established training provider?
The large providers can do two things we cannot: issue recognised qualifications and offer publicly funded places. We can do something else. We run a 10-person AI agency and teach the systems running in it today, in small live cohorts where you build on your own work.
Can my employer pay for this?
Yes, and it is the normal case for the team courses. We invoice the company and can put a short written rationale in your hands to pass on internally.
We think AI can make work better rather than delete it, and that this is a question of knowledge more than of technology.
Start with the catalogue.
4 courses, all of them taught in German first. Join the English list and we write once, when the first English cohort opens.
