Are these tools free?
Yes, all of them, with no account. No AI model is called, so a use costs nothing and there is no limit on how often you use them.
Is what I type stored anywhere?
No. The tools run in your browser and never send your inputs to a server. We only count that a tool was used and whether someone clicked through to a course, never what was entered.
Why no AI in an AI tool?
Because the parts that matter are rules and arithmetic: prices, a policy structure, a prompt structure. A model would make the result slower, cost money per use and make it different each time.
Tools answer a question. A course changes how you work.
