Week 1: Foundations, the operating system and prompt engineering
Your way in, plainly explained and with no prior experience assumed. Installing and setting up Claude and Claude Code, taking our full operating system as a template and rewriting it for your own business, and the structure you steer both with, rather than a list of tricks that will not survive the next model change.
Week 2: Connecting and building
Connecting Claude Code to the apps you use daily, so it reads and writes your data instead of making you copy it. And your first website or landing page, published at an address you can pass on, without a line of code.
Week 3: Product and revenue
Turning a tool into a product that takes money, through the opened-up case study of our own SaaS app and a small version of it you build yourself. Plus the three routes from these skills to revenue.
Week 4: Building your own AI agents
Agents that take work off your desk and finish multi-step jobs on their own, on a schedule and including while your machine is shut. Plus the Claude Chrome extension for everything that has no interface.
